In the contemporary world, technology has made most of the impossible feats possible, medical science has made miraculous advances and artificial intelligence has revolutionized gadgets.

Today knowledge and information are available on a single click, making the whole world a global village.

Man has explored vast space as well as mastered human anatomy, mined in the core of oceans, and made mountains flat. But as it is always said a coin has two sides, so the fast-growing pace of technology has given birth to a lot of distractions and diseases.

Technology has turned out to be a boon as well as a bane, mainly enveloping the student sector.

The lives of students today have become much more fast-paced and the neck to neck competition has brought much more complexities into their lives.

Depression is creeping into the souls and minds of students turning them hollow.

Greed and money have become the sole purpose of living, resulting in a drastic fade of human values and ethics.

Eradication of good characters and focus on self-centered needs has turned lives into total chaos, resulting in a lack of concentration and disturbed the peace of mind.

Subsequently, focus and concentration are becoming hot topics of debate, being the keys to success.

Do you find it difficult to focus on studying this corona time? It is normal these days as all negative vibes all around. Students find it difficult to study and focus thanks to pubg .

The college students are going through delusions’ in many ways as their result is pending and the worries for jobs as COVID have badly hit the Industry and shapes of Economy in all sectors.

To focus and to concentrate is not a laborious task. It only requires the right amount of knowledge and understanding. They are like wings of a student’s life which helps them to fly to their dreams.

The journey of a focused student starts from being organized and well disciplined. It only requires determination and a pinch of will power. It is well said that a sound mind resides in a healthy body so yoga and mild body exercise play a great role in increasing concentration.

To enhance focus students must learn to relax eliminating negative thoughts and worries. Outdoor sports, having a refreshing hobby, gardening, meditation, listening to music, taking brisk nature walks, helps to rejuvenate our body and mind, and enhances the focus and concentration level.

Simple breathing exercises and maintaining a to-do list can produce enormous positive results.

The crux to emphasize upon is to maintain proper work and leisure balance which turns a student into an asset for his society and this country as a whole. In the end, what matters is a peaceful mind residing in a healthy body and a contagious smile spreading positive.

10 Tips and tricks to stay focused
1. Don’t try to do anything productive while lying or sitting in bed. It’s important that the place where you study is not the same where you sleep.

2. Get your brain ready by doing deep breathing exercises before each study session.

 3. Use Android apps such as Self Control, Forest: Stay Focused, Pomodone, Study blue to stay focused.

4. Make sure that your study area must receive plenty of natural light.

5. Reward yourselves after accomplishing a part of work by taking small naps or taking a small walk around your home.

6. Keep all your digital device at a distance or away from your sight to keep focused.

7. Listening to classical music is another way to help you focus when studying.

8.  Use earphones or headphones while studying.

9. Before your first study session of the day, create a plan for the day

10Write down exactly why you want to study hard.

There is a technique called Pomodoro technique When faced with any large task or series of tasks, break the work down into short, timed intervals (called “Pomodoros”) that are spaced out by short breaks. This trains your brain to focus for short periods and helps you stay on top of deadlines or constantly-refilling inboxes.

Conclusion
Staying focused while studying is something that all students struggle with.
But there are many things you can do to help you concentrate.
As described in this article, there are plenty of ways to harness the power of your mind and make it work with you, not against you.
